Welcome Back Week 2025: Summer Send-Off!
Welcome back, or welcome to King’s! We hope you guys are as hyped for Welcome Back Week as we are, because we have tons of exciting events planned for King’s students to kick off the 2025/2026 school year!
Directions & Donuts (Monday)
Starting off strong, we have Directions & Donuts taking place on Monday September 8th to being the week! Who doesn’t love donuts? And with Directions & Donuts, you can learn where all of the buildings are at King’s! Even if you are a returning student who is familiar with the campus, please feel free to stop by and grab some donuts!
Time: 1pm-3pm
Location: Across from Kenny Theatre in the SLC Lobby
Pot Painting (Tuesday)
This is the perfect back to school event to decorate your student house or dorm! Come out to the SLC on Tuesday to decorate pots and paint your semester! Just don’t be like me, and make sure that you keep your plants alive! I love the aesthetic of plants, but definitely do not have a green thumb.

Pennant Flag Painting (Wednesday)
Who has seen that adorable trend where roommates are painting flags for outside of their rooms? Look no further than participating at King’s on Wednesday! This is a great way to express your personality and bring out your inner creativity and display it on your door!

OC Dons BBQ (Thursday)
If you enjoy free food and connecting with your Off Campus Dons, this BBQ is the place for you! If you are an off campus student, this is a great way to meet other off campus students! Enjoy some tasty barbeque goods and meet some new friends on Thursday.

Pocket Pets (Thursday)
Also on Thursday, we have pocket pets! Come meet adorable animals in the SLC from 12pm-2pm. They’ll be the cutest chinchillas and bunnies that you can hold in the palms of your hands! As much as you’ll want to, you just can’t take them home with you.

Scoop Into The Semester (Friday)
Finish off Welcome Back Week with Marble Slab by scooping into the semester! Come by the SLC and enjoy some delicious ice cream. I don’t know anything more motivating than ice cream to kick off the semester!
