
Governance Associate
The Governance Associate, under the KUCSC President's direction, provides governance and elections support. They chair the elections committee, run elections according to KUCSC policies, and act as the Chief Returning Officer for election-related issues. The Governance Associate is an expert on Robert’s Rules and KUCSC by-laws, making recommendations for updates to policies. They also lead training sessions for new Council members on Robert’s Rules and oversee the Deputy Speaker alongside the Speaker. The Governance Associate may join up to three Standing Committees as a non-voting member.

Speaker
The Speaker, under the direction of the KUCSC President, provides procedural support at Non-ONCA Meetings (Council meetings excluding Annual or Special Meetings of Members). They call meetings to order, manage discussions, and ensure agendas are followed. The Speaker also handles procedural matters according to Robert’s Rules of Order, and works with the Recording Secretary to prepare meeting materials. The role involves overseeing Standing Committee elections and the Deputy Speaker, while remaining neutral during meetings. The Speaker does not have voting rights or the ability to move or second motions.

Social Media Coordinator
The Social Media Coordinator oversees KUCSC's official social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), managing community interactions, posting content, and ensuring the brand image is upheld. They collaborate with the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) and Associate CCO for content creation and direction. Responsibilities include engaging with followers, maintaining the KUCSC Clubs Instagram account, and fostering relationships with internal and external groups.
