Halloween Haunt: A Spooky Night at Canada’s Wonderland

The air is cooler, the leaves are crisper, and the lattes are pumpkin-spicier… spooky season is upon us! As you persevere through midterms and bundle up in your favourite King’s hoodie, the time approaches to get ready for the spookiest King’s tradition—Halloween Haunt. Here’s all you need to know about the event this year!

When and Where 👻

We’ll be heading off to Canada’s Wonderland on Thursday, October 30. Tickets are available exclusively at the King’s Connection Shop on the main floor of the SLC for $35. Seats are limited, so grab yours soon! They’ll be available from Monday, October 6 to the day of the event.

Transportation will be provided to and from King’s, and is included in the price of your ticket! We’ll be gathering in front of Monsignor Wemple Hall (near the flagpoles) to board the coach bus, which will depart at 3 PM sharp. The same bus will be leaving Canada’s Wonderland at 12 AM (midnight) on October 31.

What to Expect 🎃

Haunted houses, scare actors, and rides in the dark—it’s the full Halloween experience! Whether you want to be scared or just enjoy the spooky ambience, Halloween Haunt has something for everyone. Be ready to enjoy a frightful evening with your fellow King’s students and be back before the witching hour ends (though maybe don’t count on sleeping that night)!

Mark your calendars and grab your tickets! This trip is sure to be a haunt-ingly good time!
