Want To Join A Club? Look No Further Then Get Involved Week!

Hey King’s students! We hope that you all enjoyed Welcome Back Week. From pot painting to Marble Slab, there were many exciting events! We hope you were able to stop by!

Now approaching us is, Get Involved Week! For incoming students or students that haven’t attended Get Involved Week before, it is an excellent opportunity for you to meet all of the many clubs that we have on campus.

Get Involved Week occurs from September 15th to the 19th from 11am-4pm, however, there is a break in the week and no events will occur on Wednesday September 17th. To discover what clubs that King’s has on campus, stop by the Spriet Lounge in the SLC and talk to the many club booths that will be present!

The Benefits of Joining a Club!

Joining a club on campus is not only an excellent resume booster, but a great way to enjoy exciting social events with new friends! Many clubs plan events and trips together. There is a ton of opportunity to meet others with similar interests.

Being apart of a club on campus also allows you to learn new skills! Whether you want to practice your leadership abilities or enhance your public speaking skills, a club will allow you to do so! You can certainly step out of your comfort zone.

Joining a club is an opportunity to be involved on campus. You’ll be able to further get to know your professors, meet those in the same major as you, and make a difference at King’s!

There are so many clubs to choose from at King’s! You’ll easily be able to find a club that peaks your interest.

If you enjoy theatre and acting, the King’s Players Club might be for you! The Short King’s at King’s Club celebrates individuality through lots of fun social events. We also have the Volunteer Club that emphasizes community service. There is also the King’s Capital Management club that discusses investments and financial market insights. We also have the King’s Black Student Association, the King’s Neuroscience Club, The Pride Project at King’s, Muslim Students at King’s, clubs for each major module, and more!
