Advertising Form

Would you like your event or initiative advertised on campus? Fill out the advertising form and we will advertise it for you through our various avenues such as the registrar's weekly email to all King's students, printing or making posters, using the Promo Team to do some face-to-face advertising, facebook and twitter.

Appointed Position Form

If you are interesting in applying to be a commissioner or coordinator on the KUCSC, fill out this form and submit it at the All Candidates Meeting when the KUCSC is recruiting new members. Any questions regarding this form or about when the KUCSC is recruting new members can be forwarded to the Communications Officer at communications@kucsc.com.

Campaign Team Form

If you are running for an elected position on the KUCSC and your friends are activley and thouroughly helping you campaign, please fill this form out and submit it to the Communications Officer with your nomination form.

Elected Position Form

If you are interested in becoming a voting representative on the KUCSC, you must gather the signatures of 10 King's students and submit it at the All Candidates Meeting when the KUCSC is recruiting new members. Any questions regarding this form or about when the KUCSC is recruting new members can be forwarded to the Communications Officer at communications@kucsc.com.

Event Proposal Form

If you are a club or affiliated group and you want to host an event that is funded by the KUCSC please fill ou this form and submit it to the VP Student Issues at student.issues@kucsc.com.

Event Staff Application

All individuals interested in applying to be on the KUCSC event staff must fill out and submit this application to the Event Staff Coordinator during the application period.

Promo Team Application

All individuals interested in applying to be on the KUCSC Promo Team must fill out and submit this application to the Promo Team Commissioners during the application period.

Property Rental Contract

The KUCSC allows students and other affiliated groups rent out some of our various assets. If you would like to rent out an asset you must fill out and submit this contract. For more information on the available rental assets and the rental procedure contact the VP Finance at finance@kucsc.com.

Rink Staff Application

All individuals interested in applying to be on the KUCSC Rink Staff must fill out and submit this application to the Athletics Coordinator during the application period.

Rink Waiver

Interested in securing our sports pad for an event or game? The rink can be booked for an hourly fee during both the summer and the winter months. During the Summer/Fall , the rink is booked at $10.00 per hour. During the Winter, the frozen rink is booked at $20.00 per hour. Fill out the rink waiver form and email it to office.manager@kucsc.com to secure your time slot.
